Amelia Earhart Bark Park
A fenced-off five acres at Amelia Earhart Park welcomes furry visitors from sunrise to sunset.
The Bark Park at Amelia Earhart Park is fenced off with a separated area for smaller dogs and is off-leash. There are doggie bags available for clean up and trash cans are never too far away. If you happened to drive, parking is free on weekdays but costs $7 on weekends and holidays.
Hobie Beach and North Shore Open Space Park
It should come as no surprise that there are plenty of beaches in Miami and a handful are pet friendly. Bring your pup to Hobie Island Beach Park in Key Biscayne for some fun in the sun.
The water is shallow along the beach which makes for a perfect play space for your dog to swim around and socialize with other pups. Plus, the beach has awesome views of the Miami skyline!
Another option is to check out the recently opened North Shore Open Space Park and its Bark Beach. The area is heavily residential, which means there is a fee to enter the doggie beach and fenced-off dog run where off-leash play is allowed. The cost for residents of Miami Beach is $5, but non-residents will pay a hefty $25 fee.

The Brickell neighborhood of Miami is the happening place to be, and your pet can enjoy a visit to the area along with you. Bring your pup to Brickell City Centre, one of the most pet-friendly malls in the United States.
The mall is home to high-end shopping in an airconditioned and modern environment. Though not all shops will allow you to bring your dog inside, you can walk the grounds and cool off. The mall also hosts a social media photo contest for you and your furry friend.
The Wharf – Miami
Miami’s Wharf is a pet-friendly event space full of great boutique shops and open-air restaurants.
